Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry is a group of brethren called to the ministry of prayer and intercession for the church of God. They passionately groan and seek the face of God in prevailing prayers, worship and supplication on behalf of the church to provoke His divine visitation, mercies and blessings
The book of Habakkuk gives a glimpse into the heart of an intercessor (watchmen): O Lord, I have heard of your renown, and I stand in awe, O Lord, of your work. In our own time revive it; in our own time make it known; in wrath may you remember mercy. (Habakkuk 3:2).
Beloved, passionate and prevailing prayer can move mountains if only you will appropriate it according to the will of God. Psalms 34:8 says, “O’ taste and see that the Lord is good”. When you realize just how potent and powerful prayer can be, you would never feel hopeless.
Many had engaged in praying without understanding some of the underlying principle that makes prayer effective, potent and powerful. As such, expectations are not met or realized, leaving them discouraged and despondent.
Little wonder, the disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ also needed to know how to deploy the weapon of prayers effectively in order to press in and achieve the much desired result to obtain their heritage and victory in Christ Jesus.
“One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” Luke 11:1
At RCCG Dominion Restoration Chapel, by the help of the Holy Spirit, you will be taught the basic principles that will make your prayers effective and acceptable before the throne of grace and you will see its manifestation.
